At Blossom Hub, we respect your privacy. This notice explains how information you provide through our website discovery questionnaire is used.

What we collect

This questionnaire asks for business trading information, products, services and website project requirements. We do not request your name, personal email address, phone number or other personal contact details. Please avoid including personal information, passwords or payment details in the free-text responses. A trading name or response may still identify an individual in some circumstances.

Why we use it

We use the submitted business information to understand website requirements and prepare a proposal. We do not use questionnaire responses for unrelated marketing. If you wish to discuss next steps, please contact the Blossom Hub representative who provided the questionnaire link separately.

Where your responses go

On submission, your answers are processed by Formspree, our form-handling provider. Vercel hosts the questionnaire website. These service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, even though the form itself does not ask you for personal contact details. We do not sell your questionnaire responses.

Saving your progress

The questionnaire may temporarily save unfinished answers in your browser on the device you are using so you can continue later. You can remove these by clearing this website's browser storage. Your unfinished answers are not submitted to us until you choose to submit the form.

How long we keep the information

We retain submitted business requirements for as long as necessary to assess the proposed project and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask the Blossom Hub representative who shared this questionnaire about our retention practices.

Your choices and rights

Where any information is personal data, applicable data protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase it, and to raise a concern with a relevant supervisory authority.
